In your flight selection, you can choose between Bag/NoBag fares, if available. Please also pay attention to the respective conditions / offers of the airline.

If your flight times change before the start of the trip, we will definitely try to reach you by email or phone and inform you about the flight time changes. After choosing the flight and hotel, it is possible to add transfers for some destinations.

The cancellation of the transfer is possible until 48 hours before departure. 5 euros per person will be retained as a fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the payment method you specified in the booking. Please contact our customer service for this.
The car rental voucher will be sent to you in a separate email max. 48 hours after your booking. Please print out your voucher and carry it with you during your trip. This does not apply to offers with rental car included.
We recommend that you take out insurance before completing your trip. Possible insurance benefits will be shown to you before you complete your trip.
Check-in begins approximately 120 minutes before departure. We recommend that you arrive at the counter at least 120 minutes before departure, otherwise you may be denied boarding! Late arrival is considered a "no-show". Your flight entitlement will be forfeited in the event of a no-show. This is only a recommendation!
