The hotel incorporates three houses integrated into a harmonious architectural complex. The interior has been restored to its original form, taking into consideration the requirements of modern guests. All the conservation works at the hotel, both on the interior and on the exterior, were made in accordance to the conservation requirements and thus the original cultural and historical heritage of Rovinj was preserved.
