***RENTAL CAR INCLUDED:
The package includes a rental car category A (Renault Twingo, Fiat Panda or similar) for the whole stay from/to Funchal airport. After arriving at Funchal airport a representative of Atlantic Rent a Car will await you in the arrival hall. There is no desk of the rental car company. The booking confirmation is accepted as a car rental voucher.
The opening hours of the rental car company are from 08h30 to 12h30 and from 14h30 to 18h30. Rentals out of hours (at the airport and between 18h31 to 08h29) are at an extra cost of 23,50 EUR per rental (to be paid on spot).
Included:
- C.D.W without co-payment , unlimited mileage and taxes
- airport charge from 08h30 to 18h30
- petrol: To be returned on the same amount as at the time of pick up (usually about one quarter)

Not included:
- deposit of 500,00 EUR (by credit card or cash)
- Various supplementary insurances can be concluded on-site to reduce / exclude the deductible (SCDW about 10,00 EUR per day, PAI about 5,00 EUR per day etc.)
- damages on the tyres and wheels, vehicle interior, undercarriage, roof, wings, mirrors and keys
- theft of items
- additional charge from 18h31 till 08h29 (23,50 EUR per rental)
- Additional driver 2,50 EUR per day
- Baby/Children's seat 5,00 EUR per day
- GPS equipment 10,00 EUR per day
- Passenger insurance 5,00 EUR per day
- additional service fee for rentals on Dec 25th (25,00 EUR per rental)
- All payments for any extras are to be paid on the spot!
- The minimum age is 21 years, the driver must be in possession of a valid driving license for at least one year

CONSTRUCTION SITE INFO: Until the end of the year, all units will be provided with Wifi. As well the swimming pool won't be available from 13.11.17 until 12.01.18 due to renovation works.

In Portugal, a tourist tax is payable per person from the age of 13. The amount depends on the season, hotel category and length of stay. For scheduled arrivals in the destination area from 04:00 a.m., the hotel room is only available on the day of arrival from the official check-in time of the respective hotel. The official check-out time of the hotel on the day of departure must also be observed. This includes return flights until 3.00 a.m. on the following day. Early check-in or late check-out can be booked via our service team, subject to availability and for an additional charge.
