The Hilton San Francisco Union Square hotel boasts an ideal location in the heart of downtown San Francisco, offering easy access to Nob Hill, Chinatown and fantastic shopping, dining and entertainment in and around Union Square. Centrally located hotel in downtown, 500 m from Union Square, 1 km San Francisco Center Shopping Mall, 2.5 km from Lombard Street and 8 km from the Golden Gate Bridge.

Hilton San Francisco Union Square is having an open-ended strike therefore there is no specified end date. This is affecting major hotels in San Francisco (including the Hilton Union Square). Very little has changed about Food and Beverage outlets.
The following services are available:
Breakfast Buffet served daily in Poached Restaurant, Herb n Kitchen Marketplace (Grab and Go), and The Cityscape Skybar on the 46th Floor, which now closes at 10 pm.
Please note that the Lobby Bar is currently closed since they re-opened Cityscape in mid-September (after renovations were done).
Management and an additional task force (other Hilton Hotel staff) are in place helping to assist the valued guests.
Please note that the Housekeeping service has been revised to “replenishment upon request only” (Towels, Coffee/Tea, Bathroom Amenities).
The hotel will assign the guestrooms away from the front entrance which could be impacted by outdoor noise.**
